How can I create a backup of my iPhone?

Why do I need to disable FMI (Find My iPhone)?

FMI (Find my iPhone) needs to be disabled so we can run our testing software after repair.

How long will the repair process take?

We will strive to repair the device within 48 hours of its arrival at our repair centre.

Will there be any costs for me?

All warranty repairs will be done without any additional costs, including the provision of a shipping label on our part.

In case the product warranty has experienced, any potential repair costs will be first discussed with you, before we proceed to repairs.

How much warranty do I have and how is it applied?

Repair Topper assumes a 90-day warranty on the repair, starting from the date of delivery. Within the warranty period, we will repair any hardware failure free of charge.

The guarantee is conditional on the submission of a receipt from Repair Topper or a Repair Topper Authorized Distributor. This warranty is valid within the EU. 

If, contrary to expectations, a defect appears, please log this as an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorisation) on RepairTopper.com.

Our service team will be glad to help you and will propose a resolution. If a return of the item is necessary, please complete the service request on our repair website https://repairtopper.com/. Send the item to the service center along with a copy of the sales receipt and the carefully packaged item. Make sure you include the Return Label and the RMA number clearly visible.

Excluded from the warranty are damages resulting from improper treatment and storage or external causes such as but not limited to water damage, as well as wear and tear on parts and consumables. Also excluded are periodic maintenance services, repairs made by third parties and replacement of parts due to normal wear and tear. Non-warranty repairs can be made by RepairTopper at cost and charged to the customer. 

This guarantee is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. RepairTopper is not liable nor responsible for any failure to perform, nor delay in performance of any of our obligations under this guarantee caused by events outside our reasonable control or due to our compliance with any applicable laws or regulations. Statutory warranty rights are not limited by this guarantee.
